My Name is Claudia Berrios. I am Pastor's wife and I have been married in the ministry for over 30 years I am a mother of 3 children. I gave my life to the Lord at the age of 18. I am now pastoring alongside my husband at Victory Outreach  Concord. It is such a privilege to reach the lost and hurting of the inner city.
